Job description
Twipe is a mediatech scale-up based in Leuven, Belgium working with leading newspaper publishers in Europe and the US to grow their digital subscribers and sustain quality journalism. We offer cloud based digital edition publishing, analytics, and personalization solutions. Our innovative solutions accelerate the growth of newspapers including Le Monde, The Telegraph and DuMont.
To inspire our industry, we gather and analyse industry knowledge and share insights with our growing Future of News publishers’ community.
What do you do?
Be the primary contact for new and existing customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and a strong ongoing relationship.
Lead and coordinate digital projects, managing the delivery of new features, custom configurations, and platform upgrades in collaboration with our product and engineering teams.
Translate customer needs into clear action points, helping them go beyond expectations and maximize the value of our solutions.
Ensure customer subscription health, working alongside the business development team to identify growth opportunities.
Advocate for customers, providing valuable feedback and escalating issues internally to drive improvements.

You have a deep interest in the media and news industry and understand its challenges in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
You love engaging with customers, proactively guiding them and ensuring their success.
You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
You have a passion for digital solutions and a basic understanding of technologies like SQL, HTML, and XML.
You embrace a Growth Mindset. You constantly seek to improve, learn new things, and stay up to date with industry trends.
You are a strong communicator, able to present ideas clearly and effectively in customer discussions.
Your track record
You hold a master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a software delivery, project management, or customer success role.
You are fluent in English and proficient in French or German (additional languages are a plus).
You have a strong interest in cloud, web, and mobile software technologies.
