At Twipe, we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Customer Success Team.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Be a key member of our project delivery team for on-boarding new customers or enhancing existing installations

  • Translate publishers' business needs into clear specifications that maximize platform value while enabling our development teams to deliver optimal solutions

  • Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for new features and integrations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and manage scope expectations

  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of new features, integrations, and platform configurations

  • Identify integration points between our platform and publishers' existing systems

  • Coordinate and support acceptance testing, ensuring the highest quality of delivery

  • Proactively monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Help maintain clear, ongoing communication with publishers to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

  • 2-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in software or media companies

  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements

  • Understanding of digital publishing workflows and technologies (beneficial)

  • Ability to map out business processes and create clear documentation

  • Experience working in collaborative, agile development environments

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply

  • Experience with project management and requirements management tools

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
